  • Position Description

    The Fleet Compliance Specialist position is responsible for maintaining Driver Qualification files, processing Motor Vehicle Reports, and supporting regional Risk Managers with fleet safety. 


    • Maintain company-wide DOT Driver Qualification files for accuracy
    • Assist with various federal and state fleet related registrations, renewals and permits
    • Schedule and process Motor Vehicle Reports company wide
    • Certify violations in DQ files
    • Maintain Fleet Database and monitor annual events such as DOT physicals, vehicle annual inspections, and MVR’s
    • Conduct monthly hours of service audits
    • Coordinate with regional risk managers on identified branch DOT issues and resolutions
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Associates Degree or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
    • Excellent organization and communications skills
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Understanding of federal and state motor carrier regulations preferred
