  • Position Description

    This position provides recruitment support to the IBP field operations. 

    Responsibilities

    • Work with assigned branches to establish overall recruiting strategy
    • Responsible for posting positions to online job boards
    • Responsible for screening and scheduling candidates
    • Schedule and attend job fairs
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    None.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals
    • English/Spanish bi-lingual strongly preferred
    • Excellent organization and communications skills
    • Experience with ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office suite preferred

     

    *Position requires a drug test and motor mehicle report to be completed, contingent upon employment.
