    The Insurance Admin. is responsible for assisting the Director of Risk Management in the administration of the Corporate Insurance Programs.

     

    Pay to be commensurate with experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate named insured schedule and coordinate with tax and legal.
    • Maintain accurate building and content schedule and coordinate with facility and leasing.
    • Support branches with Certificates of Insurance request.
    • Scanning and filing for risk dept.
    • Assist with insurance schedule of value spreadsheets.
    • Communicate lease insurance requirements to brokers and request certificates of insurance for landlords.
    • Request certificates of insurance for various financial relationships.
    • Maintain scan copy and hard copy of insurance policies and endorsements.
    • Process insurance premium invoices.
    • Provide various insurance documents as requested to branches and other departments i.e. dec page, rate page, endorsements.
    • Assist with insurance renewal.
    • Assist with due diligence for acquisitions.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    None.

    Qualifications

    • Associates Degree or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
    • Excellent organization and communications skills.
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook.

     

    *Position requires a Drug Test and Motor Vehicle Report to be completed, contingent upon employment.
