    The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for a broad range of marketing and communication services for internal and external customers.

     

    Pay to be commensurate with experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies in accordance with company and branch goals including websites and social media
    • Utilize marketing intelligence in order to gather and analyze data for accurate and confident decision making in the determination of opportunities and strategies
    • Lead continued development, management and engagement for company intranet
    • Develop and launch tools in support of marketing and communication strategies
    • Develop and manage written and visual marketing materials for internal and external audiences
    • Provide creative guidance and key message development for internal and external audiences
    • Collaborate with manufacturer partners to manage co-op programs
    • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies and others within the industry including digital marketing vendor, printer, graphic designer and marketing collateral site vendor
    • Manage inventory of marketing materials
    • Performs other related duties and special projects as required.

     

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Will manage Marketing & Communications Coordinator as well as 1-2 interns at varying times throughout the year.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors or associates degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
    • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience working with multiple brands in a decentralized environment
    • 3+ years of experience producing content for marketing campaigns, websites, advertising and social media
    • Demonstrated competency with content management programs, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Must have the ability to multi-task and work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Willingness to be a team player and adapt to the needs of the organization
    • Willingness to travel occasionally
