    The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will be a self-starter who is resourceful and creative with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time.  They will also have excellent communication skills and experience communicating messages to B2B and B2C customers via multiple channels.


     


    Pay to be commensurate with experience.

    Responsibilities


    • Work with department manager to maintain corporate and branch websites

    • Assist in the development of print and digital marketing materials as well as internal communications

    • Manage company intranet

    • Contribute to the development of the strategic marketing plan for the department

    • Assist in the management of branch social media profiles

    • Manage inventory of marketing materials

    • Assist in planning and execution of events

    • Some administrative duties

    • Other duties as assigned


     


    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES


    There are no direct day-to-day supervisory responsibilities, but candidate will be responsible for managing and training team members for certain projects.

    Qualifications


    • Bachelors or associates degree in Marketing or Communications or related field preferred

    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience

    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

    • Ability to multi-task and work independently

    • Detail oriented and organized

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress CMS and Adobe Creative Suite preferred

    • Willingness to be a team player and adapt to the needs of the organization
