  • Position Description

    The HRBP is responsible for providing HR guidance for a region of branches. The HRBP consults with leaders and employees to operationalize the people strategies for HR partnering and solutions.


    • Provides HR leadership as a results-focused change agent in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, wage/salary administration, performance management, employee communications, training/benefits, and policy interpretation
    • Consults with branch/field personnel on the administration of FMLA
    • Responsible for all HR communications to field operations
    • Works closely with HR and field management to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefit laws and regulations
    • Assists in and recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve department and field operations efficiencies
    • Other duties as assigned


    • 5-7 Years’ experience in Human Resources
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
    • Certification through HRCI or SHRM preferred
    • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and statutes
    • Excellent organization and communications skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Knowledge of HRIS Software strongly preferred

    Work Environment

    Works in an office environment. Up to 80% overnight travel is required.
