    Administrative Assistant - is responsible for assisting in the office and completing monthly billing. 


    • Assist in daily office tasks
    • Answers incoming calls
    • Communicating with customers about basic office knowledge
    • Checking phone messages and responding accordingly
    • Type various memos, correspondence, reports and other documents
    • Resquesting documents
    • Filing / Scanning
    • Purchasing office supplies
    • Processing ingoing/outgoing mail
    • Office email contact; Filtering bids to the proper salesmen, sending requested paperwork, using the correct resources to find information for customers
    • Purchasing orders
    • Managing vehicle information


    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent data entry skills
    • Able to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • High School Dimploma or GED, required
    • 1-3 years of previos receptionist/administrative assistant experience in construction industry or related field
    • Must be honest, reliable and dependable and have a positive attitude
    • Must be able to work independently and with others in a team environment
    • Operate general office equipment for example ; fax machine, copier, scanner and etc.
    • Must be able to meet deadlines and prioritized work based on urgency
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with AR, AP, billing and payroll processing experience a plus
    • Fluent in Spanish a plus
    • Registered Notary a plus

    Position requires a drug test be completed, contingent upon employment and a background check if applicable. 

    Physical Demands

    • Able to lift light to moderate weight, as well as sit for extended periods of time.
    • Extensive computer usage - 6 hours a day
