     Retrofit Installer  - will be responsible for installing loose fill insulation in attics and drilling and filling interior/exterior walls.


    • Air sealing in attics and basements to achieve air leakage reduction.
    • Performing blower door tests.
    • Using an infrared camera to inspect residential home for insulation defects.
    • Responsible for loading and logging materials onto truck and makes notation of returned materials per each job order
    • Maintain tools and truck housekeeping, and maintenance
    • Responsible for completing time card daily and ensuring it is submitted on time
    • May be required to drive a company vehicle and follow all driving safety rules and DOT requirements at all times
    • Responsible for completing paperwork per each job and returning to production coordinator daily
    • Other duties as assigned


    • High School diploma or GED 
    • Maintain a valid driver's license 
    • Experience in the construction industry 
    • Basic math skills
    • Work in a dynamic environment
    • Work independently or with a crew 


    Position requires a Drug Test and Motor Vehicle Report to be completed, contingent upon employment. 

    Physical Demands

    • Use common hand tools; including scissors, utility knife, saws, pliers, and stapling hammer
    • Work in tight places including attics and crawlspaces
    • Lift a minimum of 50lbs
    • Climb ladders and scaffolding 
    • Able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, knees
    • Stand for extended periods of time

    Work Environment

    Works in a construction environment; able to adapt to weather conditions.
