As a construction laborer, your specialty will be as a retrofit installer. This entails air sealing attics and basements to reduce air leakage, inspecting homes for insulation defects and performing blower door tests. In addition, your day may include:

• Loading and logging materials onto a truck
• May be required to drive a company vehicle and follow all driving safety rules and DOT requirements at all times
• Provide excellent service to our customers, and maintain a neat and orderly work environment while being mindful of the residential home's occupants

• High School diploma or GED 
• Maintain a valid driver's license 
• Experience in the construction industry is helpful

• Use common hand tools
• Work in tight spaces and on ladders
• Lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Climb ladders and scaffolding 
• Bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, knees 
• Stand for extended periods of time
