What You Can Expect

As an Insulation Installer you will be responsible for installing insulation into exterior walls and ceilings according to work order, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines. Your day-to-day "office" won't always look the same! However, you can count on the process to provide some consistency:

  • Review daily work orders and ensure all material, supplies and tools are loaded for the day and job
  • Complete daily vehicle and job site inspections
  • Install insulation efficiently according to work order, manufacturer and safety guidelines
  • Track and log all material and supplies used
  • Work with other contractors/trades to efficiently and safely complete work order
  • Perform warehouse related duties as required

To Be Successful

  • Maintain a valid driver's license 
  • Experience in the construction industry is helpful but not required

For Your Safety

  • Use common hand tools
  • Work in tight places including attics and crawlspaces
  • Lift a minimum of 50lbs
  • Climb ladders and scaffolding 
  • Able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, knees
  • Stand for extended periods of time
