IBP Of Miami is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Construction Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our construction products and services to potential clients in the Florida area.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key decision-makers in the construction industry
  • Understand customer needs and project requirements to provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products and services
  • Prepare detailed proposals, bids, and quotations in response to customer inquiries
  • Engage in price negotiations and contract discussions to secure sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in construction sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of construction products and services
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
