Energy Savers is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of high-quality products, including Insulation, Spray Foam, and Bath Accessories. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and engage with potential customers, including homeowners, contractors, builders, and architects.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our Insulation, Spray Foam, and Bath Accessories
  • Assess customer needs and provide customized solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive price quotes.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as installation and customer support, to ensure smooth project execution and customer delight.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of Insulation, Spray Foam, and Bath Accessories
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
