What You Can Expect

As a full-time Administrative Assistant, you will be working closely with office staff, production, and sales. Although these are but a few of the things you can expect, your day-to-day won't be the same!

  • Assist Office Management in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll (including prevailing wage), and Job Costing
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
  • Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
  • Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Uses word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents.
  • Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.
  • Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
  • Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.

To Be Successful

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Easily adapt to changing situations, work-flow and deadlines
  • Responded to situations is a positive manner and provide good customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and good data entry skills
  • Work in a very dynamic environment with deadlines
  • Work independently and as a teammate

Schedule: Monday – Friday 

 

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

 

Position requires a drug test be completed, contingent upon employment and a background check if applicable.
