Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. The primary focus of this role will be the scheduling and coordination of installation jobs. This position is crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule installation jobs according to customer requirements and project timelines
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure they have all the necessary information and materials for each job
• Communicate with customers to confirm installation dates and provide updates
• Maintain accurate records of job schedules, installations, and customer interactions
• Assist with general office duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in scheduling or coordination roles preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
