We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator and Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery and equipment, as well as performing general warehouse duties. Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
  • Monitor machine performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and perform basic repairs when necessary
  • Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage
  • Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet the specified standards
  • Prepare and package finished goods for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality
  • Assist with inventory management, including accurate stock counting and recording
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Adhere to safety protocols and follow company policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as a machine operator, preferably in a warehouse setting
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills to operate and troubleshoot machinery
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and follow operating instructions
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Forklift certification is a plus
  • ABILITY TO DRIVE A BOX TRUCK IS A GREAT PLUS
