The compensation for the Assistant Production Manager position ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, depending on the candidate's experience.
As an Assistant Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting production operations, ensuring quality control, and overseeing safety coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline operations, optimize processes, and meet production targets.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
- Ensure projects are completed to schedule expectation.
- Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of equipment, lifts, booms, etc.
- Keeping production / scheduling team informed of project(s) status.
- Act as the safety coordinator, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety training.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with installers, team members, and management. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both in person and over the phone.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Previous experience in a production management or related role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
