The base salary ranges from $45,000 – $60,000 plus commission

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in the success of our business and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for meeting with clients, assessing their needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions from our range of premium garage doors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site assessments to accurately measure and evaluate garage door installation requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering customized solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the garage door or home improvement industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately measure and assess garage door installation requirements.
  • Knowledge of garage door products and industry trends.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
