We are seeking a Gutter Scheduler to join our team! In this role, you will coordinate the scheduling of gutter installations, repairs, and service appointments for our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate gutter installation and repair appointments with customers.
• Communicate with customers to confirm and adjust appointment times as needed.
• Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth operations and proper job timing.
• Track and manage the schedule using scheduling software and internal systems.
• Address customer inquiries related to appointment schedules and service timelines.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including updating job records and maintaining accurate logs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in scheduling, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
