Competitive pay $23.00- $26.00 /Hr based on Experience

We are looking for an experienced Foreman with expertise in fiberglass insulation and a background in construction to lead our team. If you have a valid driver’s license, knowledge of the building and insulation industry, and strong leadership skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise insulation crews on-site, ensuring efficient and safe fiberglass insulation installations.
• Oversee the installation of fiberglass insulation in residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, builders, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot installation issues as needed.
• Assist with material planning, job site coordination, and equipment management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the fiberglass insulation and construction industries.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of fiberglass insulation materials and installation techniques.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and manage projects effectively.
