Competitive pay $19.00- $23.00 /Hr based on Experience

We are seeking a Spray Foam Assistant Technician to join our team. This entry-level position offers room for growth and learning within the spray foam insulation industry. If you’re detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and hold a valid driver’s license, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup of spray foam equipment and materials on job sites.
• Help prepare job sites by organizing tools, equipment, and materials.
• Clean up job sites after spray foam installations, ensuring all debris and equipment are properly handled.
• Support the lead technician with various tasks during spray foam application.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Load and unload spray foam materials and equipment from the truck.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of spray foam tools and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• No prior experience in spray foam insulation required; we will provide training.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions.
