As a Field Supervisor at OJ Insulation, you will be a key player in overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site. Your leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional organizational skills will ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and the construction team to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Help lead and manage a team of insulation installers, ensuring compliance with project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate and oversee on-site construction activities.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Manage labor and material resources efficiently to optimize project timelines.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and professional growth.
• Address and resolve any construction-related challenges or conflicts. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in construction supervision or management roles.
• Thorough knowledge of insulation install methods, techniques, and materials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Understanding of safety regulations and protocols within the construction industry.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions as needed.
