Job Description

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience.

As an office receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
  • Manage scheduling for appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain and organize the reception area and office supplies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and daily filing.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Processing customer payments.
  • Support other staff with general office tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
