Work hours are from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the insulation, gutters, and specialties industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through networking and cold calling
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Preferred qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful sales experience in the insulation, gutters, or specialties industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with electronic blueprint takeoffs and or a strong knowledge of computer systems
