COMPETITIVE PAY: $21-$25/Hr  (Based On Experience)

We are seeking a payroll clerk/office coordinator to join our team. As this Payroll Clerk/Office Coordinator, you are an integral part of the operation of the branch.At OJ Insulation, we take pride in our customer relationships, we look for people who are willing  to learn and be trained, who have good communication skills and pay attention to detail and accuracy. These are a few of the things you can expect your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll daily to submit weekly for payment.
• Processing of Prevailing Wage documentation weekly
• General office including answering phones and assisting other personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Computer experience required
• Must know Excel & Outlook
• Must have Payroll experience with Prevailing Wage Experience preferred
• Office experience, preferably in Construction
• Eager to learn and cross train in other departments
• Spanish speaker a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
