We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Project Manager, you will play a crucial role as the main point of contact for general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in ensuring projects are executed within budget, completed on schedule, and met the highest quality standards through effective coordination.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customer field personnel, Installers and factory personnel to complete project
  • Complete shop drawings as required
  • Work with installers to complete project correctly, on time and under budget
  • Submit RFI’s for cost saving opportunities
  • Offer up-sell opportunities for products that will fit the needs of the End User
  • Sell preventive maintenance services and fire drop tests once material is installed
  • Perform Quality Control checks once material is installed
  • Supervise, schedule, manage and interact with installation crews
  • Coordinate installs with Branch Managers at other Custom locations
  • Field check jobs
  • Resolve field issues prior to order of materials
  • Prepare work orders and purchase orders to order material
  • Review factory acknowledgements for accuracy
  • Resolve product/installation issues after receipt and installation of materials

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Project Managing experience
  • Construction industry experience a must
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work
  • Excellent problem solver skills
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings
  • Strong written and verbal skills
