Momper Insulation is seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Control and Safety Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing quality control and safety for projects in Indiana and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Company Safety policies and programs.
• Interact with crews / field installers to ensure they are following company policies, guidelines and Grade 1 install requirements.
• Handle repairs, red tags and warranty requests.
• Provide coaching, feedback and ongoing technical and communication training to all subordinates to increase performance.
• Participate in all company sponsored training classes.
• Responsible for subordinates' discipline, training and performance evaluations.
• Work under and communicate directly with the Branch Manager to address any issues and provide progress reports per each job order.
• Responsible for warehouse safety, organization and enforcement.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction industry.
• Dependable individual with excellent organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Physical demands:

The Quality Control and Safety Supervisor ensures safety standards and quality are upheld on job sites. This role involves walking, standing, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. It requires working in various environments, including extreme temperatures and confined spaces, while using safety tools and equipment.
