As a Branch Manager at Central Aluminum Supply, you will oversee all aspects of our branch operations. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, manage day-to-day operations, and work closely with the executive team to achieve strategic goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership to the branch team, setting clear goals and expectations and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee branch operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and financial performance.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive sales growth through effective business development strategies and client relationship management.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and training as needed.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to track performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Address operational challenges and implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local community stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hiring and driving a team to perform for the customer.
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Experience in manufacturing and or distribution.
  • Experience in the building supply trade
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
