What You Can Expect

As a scheduler, you are responsible for building a schedule for residential and commercial projects. Your day-to-day will always look a little different, but includes:

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, and provide installation timeframes and dates to clients.
  • Be a moving resource and consult on installation solutions with the customer to create an accurate schedule timeline.
  • Collaborating and communicating with builders, sales personnel and production team on the status of each job order
  • Process work orders for customers in a timely fashion to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Collecting, checking and organizing documentation regarding incoming and outgoing projects
  • Be an active and productive contributor to regular strategic and tactical meetings. Provide support and take ownership of departmental improvement projects.

To Be Successful

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Office and Scheduling Experience a Plus
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail to process paperwork, create accurate scheduling outlines and investigative skills to uncover pertinent details of installations
  • Demonstrated excellence working in client facing roles, preferably on the phone
  • Strong desire to regularly contribute and have your strategic ideas heard in an always growing and improving environment
  • Strong desire to contribute to the growth phase of a company that emphasizes culture and employee engagement
  • Computer and clerical proficiency answering phones, typing, using scheduling software communication and customer service
  • Reliability to maintain expected operational hours

Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 am – 4:00 pm)

 

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

 

Position requires a drug test be completed, contingent upon employment and a background check if applicable.
